Exchange 2003 Mobile Admin
I am trying to setup mobile acess for iphones. I can get the iphone to sync and all is well from that perspective. when i go into the mobile admin tool and try to view the device i have set up, i get a Failed to access user's Mailbox, verify
that the mailbox and user account are enabled and functional. message against my mailbox. the tool finds me based on my name or email and identifies the server correctly but displays the error.
The KB that you find if you google this does not apply as I don't see the error trace that they show in that article. In addition the settings they suggest are already set.
If I search for any other user, it does not show the error, thoguh no one else has a mobile device setup.

Sounds like you do not have the proper permissions if you cannot acces the mailbox. Anything in the Event App log on the Exchange Server?MVP Exchange Server

I am accessing the mobile admin using the exchange admin account. It has no issue reading any other mailbox only the one i set the mobile device up on (mine).

Hi,
Do you have Back-end and Front-end Server in your organization? If yes, please run Mobile Admin
on FE server which hosing in a hardware machine (not a VM) and see if the issue persists.
