It seems that you have Security running... Is it happening with one user only or all of them? Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

Need to isolate whether it's server side or client side. If you determine it's server side I would probably recommend that you recreate your IIS virtual directories. It's a safe task. Step 2 is the common method to perform. How to reset the default virtual directories that are required to provide Outlook Web Access, Exchange ActiveSync, and Outlook Mobile Access services in Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883380James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

What SP2 rollup version are you on? Make sure you're on the latest rollup first, run Exchange best practice analyzer. If all else fails, make a backup of your IIS config, then recreate the IIS virtual directories.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

I have a feeling you have some corrupt, or tampered Exchange binary files. Practically you probably won't be able to isolate the exactly file or cause. If there are no suggestions, you may have to resort to reinstalling Exchange to repair and re-service pack everything. Do you have any idea what happened, when this occured? Are you using any customized OWA pages etc?James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
