Hi,In Exchange 2003, by default nobody can access mailbox of other users. Does anybody/admin has given Receive-As Allow permission to Everyone at Organization/Server/Database level? You can verify in the security tab of ESM at org, server and db level for everyone account.Or same thing can be done with ADSIEdit.msc by going to below path and check the permission at org/server/db level.Configuration -> CN=Services -> CN=Microsoft Exchange -> CN=<ORG Name> -> CN=Administrative Groups -> CN= <Admin Group Name> -> CN=<Server Name> -> CN=InformationStore > CN=<Storage Group Name> - > Mailbox Store Name -> Properties -> SecurityIf you find Receive-As Allow permission to everyone account then remove it.
