Hi All, My Server running with exchange 2003, client office have 2003, 2007 & 2010, however all client cannot sync public folder some sub folder, when sub folder item over 100 items, the office keep to sync, but the items list is empty, when sub folder only have few problem, is OK, what is the problem? is Server or client setting, please help! many thanks

Hi We should narrow down the scope of problem. I have checked that sub folder limit is 200~250. Do you log on owa and check it? If owa lists all sub folders item, it is problem of outlook limit. You can go to office forum. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/threads If owa doesn’t work well, please check event error. It is problem of exchange 2003.
