I've searched all over the net but did not find any solutions. My setup is the following:4 EX2k3 backend + 1 EX2k3 frontendThe Frontend EX2k3 sends and recieves emails from IMSS ( InterScan Messaging Security Suite ) server. Now some emails are being submitted to categorizer on the frontend EX2k3 and just stuck there.Does anyone know how to get the emails out of there and why is it happening?thanks in advance

Hi,As Ed said, you need to check the stuck message and make sure the type of the message.Was the message from the Internet? Was the recipient of the message existing in your AD? What's the error message in the Application Event Log in FE?ThanksAllen
