This can be accomplished by custom eventsink. The following article describes the process: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;317680 This assumes that your environment is FE-BE configuration. If you are not using FE-BE configuration, you will have to create second SMTP virtual server on your BE server. IF you are in FE_BE configuration, you need to have eventsink setup on FE server. The following article describes the problem with setting up eventsink described in KB317680 on BE server. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/273233/en-us This may not be vaery clear for you. If you need more details after reading both articles above, please let me know. Also, describe your setup if possible.

I have FE and BE servers. BE server is in cluster node (active/passive) so what i need to do is a follow the article in KB317680 and create an EventSinkScript.vbs with the information relevance to my company. and using SMTPREG.VBS to register it. I look at the down exchange download file and can not find the SMTPREG.VBSwhere can I find the latest version of SMTPREG.VBS from microsoft? I don't want using the wrong version of SMTPREG.VBS as I don't want my MSX box stop working on me.

Hello, Pardon me, I do not understand the instructions for this process, though I definitely need to implement it for the company I work for. I would also like to include the company logo. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in creating the custom signature in Outlook Web Access 2003 using Exchange Server 2003. Thank you very much in advance.

Don't rely on the event sink it's very limited in nature, it's not designed for signatures but for disclaimers which has static content where as signatures have unique names, titles etc. Also you won't be able to use a logo. For 2003 your best bet is to invest in 3rd party like exlaimer.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
