It could be your content; there are books out there written on email deliveriability and how to avoid spam filters. Could you be using hyperlinks in the message bodies that look spoofed or something? Also, if you send plain text email does it get junked like an HTML or go through clean. If plain txt goes through clean, its a content issue for sure.

Hi Sunil, As knightly said maybe it could be a content of the body, Hyperlink or some keywords it can tag it by the destination SPAM FILETER as A spam, i suggest you to send an email to different domain as a test email, one more thing you can do, Regarding with your dns if it located in your server, maybe A spam filter checks to see if the IP address is genuine by doing a reverse DNS lookup. i hope your problem is solved, if not, please try to give us what kind of spam filter you have, and if it is in separate server? and what about the DNS you have. (mx record) for exhange. Regards, Ayman Hasan

Hi, Thanks for reply. My issue is solved , the issue was from the client firewall. As explained by you it might be the issue of HTML text. Thanks for considering my case. Regards sunil
