Well, if Schedule+ Free/Busy system folder is missing then you have to use GUIDGEN to reset the same... and about the public folder that users are working in is missing?Do you see those public folder in outlook? if yes thenHave you right clicked on public folder and switched between public folder and system folder?Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

So its only the system folders that are affected by the Guidgen reset?

Hello,
GUIDGEN wont reset the user folders or any data in them. The only folders affected will be system folders. As a result users may experience difficulties with there free/busy information. As already suggested you can make sure that you see them in ESM by using show system folders option.
If you see the system folders and Schedule + Free/Busy folders in EMS then it is highly recommended to fix any calendaring related issues instead of simply resetting the folders. Milind Naphade | MCTS:M (Exchange 2007 and 2010) | http://www.msexchangegeek.com

You should be able to see them by right clicking on PF hierarchy in ESM.Milind Naphade | MCTS:M (Exchange 2007 and 2010) | http://www.msexchangegeek.com
