Exchange 2003 and Activesync
I have Exchange 2003 with sp2. Activesync is turned on according to the settings in the system manager. I have tred to connect using a Verizon Droid but cannot. Some basic troubleshooting with another type of phone still does not work which leads me to thing the issue is within Exchange itself. There are not many settings to configure with Activesync and there are no errors appearing in the event viewer. Does anyone know any troubleshooting steps I can take? Thanks in advance.

Hi There,Please check the connectivity of the server via internet. This is mainly caused by firewalls. I experienced the same thing sometime back. Please provide additional information of the firewall setup and how it is published to the internet ex:ISARukshan

Hi Berlan, Have you tried Windows Mobile powered device? Do it work? If not, what's the error received in the device? Please run an ActiveSync test in the following site and paste the result here. https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ Thanks, Elvis
