We have Exchange 2003 in a frontend/backend configuration. We have only one user who uses Entourage 2008. It keeps crashing the applicationpool on frontend Exchange 2003 server, similar to what is described here for Exchange 2007- http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/kb956319 Two errors appear in the eventlog. One is in the system log, Event ID 1011, and states "A process serving application pool 'ExchangeApplicationPool' suffered a fatal communication error with the World Wide Web Publishing Service. The process id was '9884'. The data field contains the error number." The other is in the application log, event ID 1000, and states "Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module exprox.dll, version 6.5.7638.1, fault address 0x0002ce94"We know it is the Entourage 2008 user because we had him use our other frontend server and the errors followed; they stopped as soon as he changed his frontendserver, and on the server he pointed to, they began within minutes. Any assistance, hotfixes, etc is appreciated as it is a pain that one Entourage 2008 user is causing such a headache.
