When Outlook Web Access users try to download .doc file attachments in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, the downloaded file is empty. Files that have .doc extensions are created using Word but saved as Word 2003 XML document with doc extension. How to solve this problem? Thanks for advise.

As far as i understand, the issue listed above is about .doc files with XML content which is not described in http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrclients/thread/3c95bd16-bdea-4a68-9328-06e9f03cf60b article

Any other ideas?I need to allow users to open these files, or At least allow the download.
