hi, I cannot start exchange 2003 System Manager from my cluster, it give a following pop-up error: "The specified component could not be found in the configuration information. Facility: Win32 ID no: c0070862 Exchange System Manager" But i can send-receive emails, in local LAN and also outside our network. There is no events of this error in the event viewer . But i seem event id 2114, which had also occured several times before, but without this issues.

Hi, have you tried shifting the server to the second node or passive node & check if the same error is coming or not.Ripu Daman Mina

seems some of the system management binaries have been corrupted , try to reinstall system management tools only and it should solve the problem. Regards, Salman Gilani
