Exchange 2003 email restrictions
Hi Guys, Recently we've reached a crossroad to configure exchange 2003 e-mail restrictions for users. We have Contact Center agents with delivery restriction policy applied. They can only send and receive e-mails to and from their supervisors. This is accomplished with a delivery restriction policy applied to each mailbox. They also cannot use the Internet connector to exchange messages with Internet users. HR has recently implemented a new program that each employee shoud receive external e-mails from a specific address. So our problem is to configure exchange to allow Contact Center agents to keep exchanging messages with their supervisors and uniquely receive e-mails from this specific source. We are attrugling with connectors and permissions but we could not find a solution for this problem. Is there anybody with similar needs? TIA Andre

It seems that the configuration should do at Contact Center Agent Side. We understand that Contact Center Agent is one component of CRM. Then I recommend you to use CRM Forum to get relevant help If it is not the case, please feel free to let me know You may try to use Dynamics CRM 3.0-Exchange E-mail Router to accomplish it Resources: Frequently asked questions about how to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM-Exchange E-mail Router to integrate e-mail functionality with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

Hi James, It's not a Contact Center Agent on Microsoft CRM. Its a regular Exchange installation. I need to do this configuration for clients using Exchange 2003 and Outlook. TIA ANdr
