I'm trying to setup OWA for my office, but am running into dns issues. I have two domains setup in active directory(2003 r2), mydomain.local and mydomain.com, all of my servers run 2003 r2. I have had no luck at getting around these internet explorer cannot find server or dns errors. I believe I have completed everything necessary to setup things up correctly and I have ruled out the possibility of my router's firewall causing the issue. I have removed ssl, I have even gone to the frontend server itself and trying to connect to the site by 1) opening IIs and trying to browse the exchange vitual directory and 2) by just typing in a browser the ip of the frontend server/exchange. Each time I get the prompt for the credentials and once I put them in I get the error. I can get toOWA if I try the same thing from the backend server. Any ideas?

I know what to do. Fixed the same problem in my org yeterday :). Apply windows 2003 sp1. Then update to asp 2.0 and msxml 4.0. This will fix the problem.
