Exchange 2003 in Exchange 2007 Org
Is it possible to add an Exchange 2003 server to a native Exchange 2007 Org? I think not but I can't find any documentation that says so.

You're right, it isn't.
"a pure Exchange Server 2007 environment does not support the installation of Exchange Server 2003"
