Exchange 2003 in SBS 2003 access out

I would like know how release the access of exchange 2003 in SBS 2003 to external access using a router ?
I'm form Brazil, sorry if I written something wrong.

Yes,
Because I have access OWA internally, I need release external access out side of my net without use the ISA in my SBS 2003.
Could you help about It?
