I have an SBS 2003 server and have enabled journaling. The problem is that all incoming mail is not archiving. All email going out is archiving. All internal emails are archiving. I setup a mailbox named journal, enabled it in the mailstore, and ran the exejcfg.exe -e tool. I have tried this on another SBS 2003 server and it works perfectly. I also tried a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server with Exchange 2003 in another domain and it works perfectly as well. I turned up logging on Exchange for Transport and did not see any problems in the event logs. I am relatively new to Exchange journaling, so I don't know how else to troubleshoot this. Any ideas?
