Exchange 2003 mailboxes can all send and receieve but one...
I currently have an Exchange 2003 server running in my domain as my sole mail server. I had to reboot my server Friday evening for maintenance and now I have ONE user (who happens to be our CEO) that can only send email both internally and externally fine but, his mailbox will NOT receive. Looking at the Queues (Local delivery) seems to be stuck and am unable unfreeze or force the connection and all of the mail that's in the local delivery que was sent to my problem user. I have his mail currently forwarded to my exchange account and I am receiving his mail now... Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure that it's something simple... Thanks ahead of time.

Do you have any outbound/inbound spam filtering? Is there anything in the event logs?Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:ES, SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Yes we do. I have a baracudda SF360. I actually solved this issue this morning by backing up the user's mailbox. Removing the exchange attributes from account. Removing the account from AD and then re added and reconnected account to exchange and finally restored from .PST. All is well. Thanks for your time. Mark
