Hi,RDNS can be only setup by your internet provider. When this has been setup properly, you will have a PTR records hostname pointing to your ip adress. Problem solvedRegards from www.windowsadmin.info

Could it be the Filter Settings on the recipient's server?

I have checked your IP and PTR. Everything is ok. It could be two problems:1. You can send email through relay server.2. There is a problem with recipient server. Please, send me test email to pnagaev#yandex.ru J need to look at Internet Headers of your e-mail. http://www.exchangerus.ru

The problem is on your side. In Internet header IP of your e-mail is different that IP of your server. This IP doesn't have PTR.Please, check routing of your e-mail.http://www.exchangerus.ru

I get it.But one strange point, I'm using the Fortigate Router and set one ip address for the Exchange Server in the Virtual IP. But in the mail header, the ip address is just the router address not the virtual ip for the Exchange Server... God!I wonder whether there's any IP settings in the ESM?Thanks very much.Jerry

You should point PTR and A records to external IP which are on router.http://www.exchangerus.ru
