Hi, I got 2 issues with my exchange 2003. 1. When I send a mail to gmail , it goes to the spam folder. And if it's to hotmail , I get this : <exchange.domain #5.5.0 smtp;550 OU-002 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. HI, this email is rejecting by receiving server (Hotmail.com) not from your end. Yes this is most likely becoz your ip address is blacklisted somewhere. or your PTR record is missing. you can also get more info by enabling the diagonostic logging on Default SMTP VS and checking the logs. it will give you detailed info.
