Exchange 2003 server
Hi friend,
Below error in exchange 2003 server when it get hanged.
Error: 17883, Severity: 1, State: 0
The Scheduler 0 appears to be hung. SPID 0, ECID 0, UMS Context 0x00C5C3D8
source --- ssql$bkupexecdlo
category -- 2
event id -- 17052

This error is not relevant to Exchange but rather SQL Server. You actually could have spotted this yourself since it says:
source --- ssql$bkupexecdlo.
A quick search on the Internet seems to point to SP4 for SQL Server 2000 but I don't know for sure since I'm an Exchange guy and not a SQL guru. ;-)Jesper Bernle | Blog: http://xchangeserver.wordpress.com

Seems to be a problem with Symantec Backup Exec I would referr to their documentationWith kind regards

Hi,
First, I would like to confirm when the error message pops up.
Based on my research, I found that the error message is related to SQL 2000 as Jesper mentioned. The error message is familiar to the following article:
