HI All, I have strange problem with exchange 2003, which built in SBS2003. The company running SBS 2003 is in real estate business. I created a new user with email address eg. . newuser1@mycompany.com. But when email is sent to newuser1@mycompany.com from outside it goes to property@mycompany.com. But when sending newuser1@mycompany.com inside the company, it happily delivers to that new user. I am running out of idea how to fix it. The problem is happening to every new user added. Thanks in advance.

Hi,Can you enable diagnostic logging on the Exchange server on service MS Exchange transport for all the categories to maximum and send a test mail to the new user from Outside.Check the event logs if you get any information.Mahendra

Hi,This is not a normal behavior however can can get the details from the event logs after we enable diagnostic logging.Mahendra
