Ans. You can check all the three checkbox
à
SMTP VS Properties| Access | Authentication
-----------------------------------------
In RELAY settings
select "ONLY THE LIST BELOW" and i have some internal servers
and unchecked the "Allow allcomputers regardless of above list"
and i check the relay again nomore relaying i want a conformation wether

Ans.
In RELAY settings – You can Remove the internal servers IP and unchecked the "Allow all computers regardless of above
list"
Check Anti SPAM setting on the Global Setting & configure it properly.
=> Default SMTP virtual server -->properties -->
General --> Advanced --> Edit --> we check all except Apply sender ID filter
=> Do all the settings on Global setting and Default SMTP server
If possible
then Stop the SMTP service and Rename the mailroot folder. And restart the SMTP service.
=> Run iisreset
It Will fix the problem.

There is probably no reason to do that.
How do you know you are relaying SPAM?

Hi Rasa,
Generally, there should be no risk to rename this folder. When message arrive in Exchange server 2003 through SMTP, the data is written to a file
in NTFS file system (specifically, an .eml file). By default, thses files are written to a directory (<drive>:\Program\Exchsrvr\Mailroot). As you can see there are three folders by default in this folder, the BadMail folder contains undeliverable emails,
the PickUp folder is a temp folder for SMTP virtual server to deliver, the Queue folder contains emails that cannot be delivered and keep retrying. If Exchange mailflow is correct, the three folders should be empty.
In some scenarios, such as when you configure a bridgehead server, you can improve the performance of Exchange 2003 computer if you move the Mailroot
folder to a different hard disk.
If you would like to rename it, please stop the SMTP service before the rename action. Then after you start SMTP service, Exchange server will
re-create a new one.

In addition, for preventing open relay, you can refer the document provided by Andy.
Hope it helps.

Yes, but I see no evidence that renaming the SMTP folders is even required yet.
