Exchange 2003 to 2007 /PrepareSchema
I got an error when trying to update the schema for Exchange 2007 Entry DN: CN=ms-Exch-ELC-Folder-Link,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=YRPDEV,DC=local Add error on entry starting on line 268: Unwilling To Perform The server side error is: 0x2114 Schema update failed: An attribute with the same link identifier already exists. The extended server error is: 00002114: SvcErr: DSID-032603BC, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 8468 An error has occurred in the program Is there a linkID that I can use to replace the problem one?

Thanks, I found that article. I was just wondering if 11900 and 11901 were available for any link identifier that already exists. What happens if you need more then two linkIDs? This is why I'm moving away from third party products that extend the schema and staying native MS where possible....

Well, you'd have to check the schema to see if they're already in use or not. If so, you'll have to use other LinkID's. And indeed, I've had some "bad" experiences as well with 3rd party product and schema-extentions. However; they're not always that bad :)

Well that worked, but the only problem is that I've got at least 3 conflicts. I've got a case open with PSS to figure it out. Pretty sure that it's our Token management system by Aladdin. Some of the other articles with this problem referenced them too.
