Hello,One user is not reachable from the GAB.when I look for that user by departement I can see the user but comparing the others, he doesn't have a sort of earth beside the icon.I have few users that I cannot find with the "check name" option but there are part of the global address book.Can you please help me out??Please letme know if you need further information.. sorry in advance if I haven't been very precised

1. It is contact when you see "Earth" icon besides user name, not Exchange Mailboxes or users. Exchange Mailboxes or Users shows blank at left side of name in GAB... 2. Is it new user/contact created recently? If so, you can check in OWA and refer below article to update OAB and download in Outlook and verify the situation... How could i check when the user has been created ? I tried Get-Mailbox -IdentityUSERNAME |fl but did not get the info...Also I wanted to precise that from OWA I get the user with the check name option but I do not from the client interface. any idea?

You can get the date of user object creation with Get-User "UserName" | FL cmdlet. OWA check name option works but not in outlook client, this looks OAL update issue. many thanks!! user has been created: 27/01/2009 16:52:38I removed the cache mode in Outlook and I am able to check the user's name.It looks like it regards a local problem with the client interface configuration.
