Exchange 2007
Hi, I have exchange 2007 installed on Windows server 2008. The mail does not flow to outlook unless the users clicks send and receive. The error pops up then and has to be cleared. May be it could be an issues with an offline address book. Please help me? Thank you

Hello,I would like you to check the following KB's.You receive an error message when you try to synchronize the offline address list on an Exchange Server 2007 or Exchange Server 2003 server while you are using Outlook 2003: "0x8004010F"http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905813Outlook clients receive error 0x8004010f when downloading the Offline Address Book http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/04/19/437902.aspxArun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

Issue description: Mails cant flow until click send/receive button
Check info:
1. Please describe more about the exchange topology, is there only a single exchange server with all server roles (Mailbox, Hub and CAS)?
2. Which type of mail account do users use, exchange MAPI account, POP3 or IMAP4?
3. What do you mean about The error pops up then and has to be cleared? Whats the error info? When the error will occur, when click on the send/receive button?
4. Why did you say May be it could be an issues with an offline address book? Did you see the error 0x8004010f as Mumin and Arun said?
5. Does the issue happen to all users?
6. Does the issue happen to the new mailbox? Can you create a test mailbox, and build mail profile on a fresh-new test PC, and monitor the issue?
7. Does the issue happen when accessing mailbox via OWA?
8. Is there any error or warning event in the application log on the both client and exchange server if we reproduce the issue?
Similar case (cannot get email updated from outlook)
