Exchange 2007

Hello, 

We are using exchange server 2007 wich cache mode... 

I need to set up a laptop that uses the same email as the desktop which i have done but the main email address also has 33 other employees inboxes attached to it so all their inboxes are on the main email account for the Manager. 

Is there a way i can stop the laptop from pulling all those other email accounts? everytime he takes his laptop online it takes 5-10 minutes to "update" i just need his email to show on the laptop but not all the other email inboxes.

OK, but that says for 2010 and 2013 - we are runing on 2007 version already so should this not already do this?

It should, but no harm in checking unless it has been un-ticked or changed.

Thank you..  Last question should i do this for the Desktop or the Laptop?

I believe those settings are local, I would certainly do on laptop as that's where the issue is.
