Exchange 2007: Attendee List Unavailable on Resource Mailbox
Current Setup: When a user requests a Resource, if the time slot is available, the meeting will be tentatively accepted, and the request gets forwarded to a Resource Delegate who can approve or deny on behalf of the Resource. This functionality works properly. However, when one of the Resource Delegates tries to view the Attendee List of a meeting, it shows <ATTENDEE LIST UNAVAILBLE>. There are several other posts about this, none with fixes or workaround. How can this be resolved?

Hello, How about assigning the editor permission on the calendar folder for the delegate? Thanks, Simon

The user trying to view the attendees is already a Publishing Editor on the calendar. The Resource Delegate on the Resource Mailbox is actually a group, and the sole member of the group is the user who receives the List Unavailable message, and also is listed on the Resource Calendar as having Publishing Editor permissions. (The Delegate is a group so we don't have to null out the Resource Delegates every time we want to make a change)
