I have a problem in Exchange 2007 where I create an Equipment Resource and everything appears to be working fine but when I book the resource the first time. Once I book it the first time it sends back an ACCEPT message which is fine but whn I try to book the same equipment resource again for the same exact time and date from another users account to test the conflict resolution part it the Exchange 2007 system send back a TENATIVE email booking reply. I do not want a TENATIVE reply but a DENIED reply if the resource was already booked by another person earlier in the day. How do I fix this?Capt

I did not sure what you mean by delegates. I did not want any person to approve the equipment bookingI just want to system to determine if a conflict exists and send a DENIED email to the person requesting the already booked equipment time.What do you think?Capt

You can use the Set-MailboxCalendarSettings <room> -RequestOutofPolicy $null for each of the options to remove the group. By default these are empty when a room is created and a couple of these require a delegate to respond to the meeting notice if there is a conflict.
