Exchange 2007 - Forwarding/Copying messages as .MSG to network share?
Guys,
Wondering if anyone can help - or can tell me categorically that this can't be done.
We're running Exchange 2007 and what I want to be able to do is automatically create a copy of an email as a .MSG file to a network
share that is sent to a given mailbox.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how this could be achieved?
Thanks

Per my knowledge, there’s no feature that can accomplish such task in the exchange natively
You may check if there’s any third party software that can do it
You may also use the “Exchange
Development” forum or “Outlook for Developers”
forum to see if there’s any programming method that can achieve this taskPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

Dear Steven,
James is correct. There's no such Microsoft tool/ settings through which we could do the above menntioned task. I am pretty sure there's no third party software also, because once I also wanted to do this for my organization and was with no solution.
