Exchange 2007 - Outlook Scheduling Issue
Hi,
We have noticed that when we are remote to our network/Exchange Server that we can't see our employees availability on their calendars, however when we are either connected via VPN or on the network it works fine. We are running Exchange 2007 and have
RPC over HTTP configured. What are some things that we could check to fix this, again it appears to be a global issue.
Thank you.

When off the VPN & Network and I start a meeting request and choose "Scheduling Assistant" and add some users, the message I get is:
" No Free/Busy Information could be retrieved"

Hi
What Outlook version are you using?
Are you using PF for Free/Busy time?

Hi,
I fixed the problem by changing this through the Exchange Shell:
Before:
Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory –Identity EWS* –InternalUrl:https://servername.corp.company.com/ews/exchange.asmx
After:
Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory –Identity EWS* –InternalUrl:https://mail.company.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Thank you.
