Exchange 2007 - Pre Size Databases
Hi,
Im deploying two new exchange 2007 CCR clusters. Im wondering if it is possible to presize the edb files before moving mailboxes onto them.
We have planned for 40gb EDB's on 100gb Luns, and im looking to presize these, and use the registry key to prevent growth.
We will have an archving solution in place, so these databases *shouldnt* grow.
Any Ideas how to presize? or reccommendations regarding this?
Thanks

Exchange doesn't work that way. Create the correct size LUNs and manage mailbox quota to ensure that your store doesn't grow beyond the LUN size.
