Exchange 2007 - Problems after certificate renewal
Hello!
I have only one Exchange 2007 server (CAS + Mailbox + HT) in my environment. After running the steps in this article (http://www.exchangeinbox.com/article.aspx?i=114), the following window appears
when users open Outlook:
This CA Root certificate is not trusted. To enable trust, install this certificate in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.
How to solve this problem?
Thanks!

Hi,
You will receive the certificate error if certificate is not configured properly.
If you are using an internal CA or self-signed certificate, you must install the CA Root certificate on the PDA.
On CA server (EnterpriseRootCA):
Go to administrative tools -> certification authority
Right click the CA name in left pane -> Properties -> View Certificate -> Detail tab -> Copy to File -> export it as "DER encoded binary
X.509 (.CER)" format -> copy the .cer to PDA and import
If you are using the commercial certificate, please contact the vendor for further help.
Thanks,
