Please check the view set in Outlook Click on View -> Current View. also make sure that he has not set the sort by options in outlook. or any sort of rules might have moved that mails to some other folder in outlook If you think it was deleted then you can recover using below option http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997155.aspx Vinod

Hi,Generally when a user checks his mail through OWA, it will be underlined as " Mail read", after some time if e checks the same mails through Outlook "Exchange profile configured" the same mails will also be displayed.A small pause on my sentence, if the same Exchange configured profile is redirected to a pst file Mails get downloaded to local pst" than the mailswill be downloaded but sometimes already read mails will be displayed in drafts of Exchange profile in outlook. This is not a solution but an experience specific to Exchange 2007.... Please check all the folders. If still the mails are not displaying than there could be 2 issues....1.User may have force deleted (Shift +Deleted)mails2.User may have deleted the mail (By the time you have checked this issue, backup of Exchange 2007 may have beentriggered a while agoso that deleted items will be permanently deleted after a backup"Also check vinods procedure as mentioned in the TechNet article...Try these workarounds; Ill let you know if any still......

This is a nice information I will post: I did ask the user to follow the below Microsoft procedure: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. Type DumpsterAlwaysOn, and then press ENTER. Double-click DumpsterAlwaysOn. Type 1 in the Value data area, click Decimal in the Base area, and then click OK. THEN I ask the user to check his draft folder = Nothing He selected the draft folder and went to tools and selected the "recovery deleted Items" --> OK All the missing emails were in there. Big thanks to Rockslow and Vinod. Graig
