Hello,I would need to know how a user1 can allow user2 to acces his calendar?Thanks to all in advance

Ask user 1 to give reviewer sharing permission by right clicking on Calendar folder or as an admin you can open his mailbox if you have full permission to do so.

Hello,I don't have full permission.Can you please tell me whether as Administrator there is any thing I can do to allow user2 to view user1's calendar.If not, onsite support will have to deal with it.Thanks

it is very simpple. you can open those calendar using your outlook provided that you have rights to those calendars. Click on File ->open other users folder select calendar from drop down box on the left hand side you can see the calendar listed. right click on that calendar and then go to properties click on properties and then grant appropriate rights such as reviewer/author/editor to user2. and then ask the user2 to access the calendar by same steps. Click on File ->open other users folder select calendar from drop down box
