Hi all, I just created 3 Resource Mailboxes on Exchange 2007 Standard. After that, I then added myself to the "Manage Full Access Permission" list. As the title stated, I was able to successfully access the mailbox resources (All three) through my OWA and made some changes under settings. But today, when I tried to open it again through my OWA, I received this error message: "This mailbox cannot be opened. The mailbox may be located in a different forest from the Microsoft Exchange Client Access server. For access to the mailbox or for more information, contact technical support for your organization." I have tried removing myself and re-add it through the Manage Full Access Permission and it didn't work. Does anyone here has any ideas on how to fix this? I can try to rebuild the resource mailboxes if that'll be my only option. Please help. Thanks in Advance.

Hi mhegcp, Have you did any change on that resources mailboxes (eg: Move these mailboxes to another Exchange Server)? Did you get this error when you try to open the (all three) resources mailbox? Can you use Outlook to open the resources mailboxes? Can other user (who on the same Exchange Server with you)open the resources mailboxes through OWA? If other user can open the resource mailbox from OWA and you can use Outlook to open the resource mailbox, I suggest you try again in OWA (manually input the email address for resource mailbox). 1. We only have 1 Exchange Server so the answer would be no. 2. Yes, on all three. 3. How do you Outlook to open the mailbox? Just add it as an additional mailbox? I can do that. 4. I'm the only one that has full permission access. I will give my assistant access and see if he can open it and will let you know. Thanks!

Manually inputing the email address works! Thank you. I usually just clicked on the cache user name or email that show up when you start typing in the box. For some reason that cache has the same name but pointing to a wrong email address?
