Hi Sabo,Exchange depends on Active Directory &Global Address List is just a representation of all mail enabled object of Active Directory forest. If you want to modify/update any field of a user in GAL then you need to update it in Active Directory and it will be reflected into GAL.If you want to add any entry in GAL then you need to create mail enabled user or contact (if recipient is external) in Active Directory. If you want to remove an entry from GAL then you can select an option to hide the entry in GAL.You can check below articles to export GAL.How to export GAL (Global Address List)http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555397Access 2007: Import Global Address List from Exchange Serverhttp://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/2194/access_2007_import_global_address_exchange_server/Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

I finally figure out how to do this with powershell commands.I was just checking to make sure that all of the hidden ones were at the right count. It seems like all my accounts are showing up in the GAL.Thanks for the reply and the information.
