Exchange 2007 32 bit Management Tools
I'm attempting to install the Exchange Management Tools to a Windows Server 2003 server. I've tried running setup.exe and setup.com /mode:install /role:mt. Under both situations, I receive the error message "Exchange Server Setup encountered an error".I have Exchange 2007 installed in the forest and in the domain in which this server resides. No additional entries are made to the event logs, and I can find no log files generated by this.Any assistance would be appreciated.See below for my command-line attempt:C:\Exchange 2007 Management Tools>setup.com /mode:uninstall

Did you install the prerequisites first? What's the SP level of the 2003 server?

Upon restarting the server, the installation proceeded normally. It appears there was a half-broken install already in place. Thanks for your help
