Exchange 2007 Calander appointments disappearing help !!
Hello All
Exchange 2007, outlook 203/2007 also using OWA.
We have been struggling with this for some time now, members of staff are reporting
That calendar entries are being deleted for no reason this sometimes happens if a re-occurring
Calendar entry is changed or accessed over OWA via webmail or PDA
Any help trying to trouble shoot this problem would be really appreciated.
Regards
Will

Hi
Perhaps it is caused by the Corruption in PF calendar.
You could exported the PF calendar to PST, created new PF of its kind. Added the exported PST to Outlook and moved its data from exported PST to newly created PF calendar.
Hopt it helps

Hi,
Does this only happen to reoccurring meetings? if yes, it means that that particular reoccurring meetings is some how corrupted. I would suggest to delete it and then recreate the reoccurring meeting from scratch.
Please let us know of the outcome.

Hi , as you mentioned that PDA is also included in the list or is there any another device is also listed like Blackberry. Try , take one user who is having the issue and see if he is using any wireless like like PDA /Blackberry , try to disabled that suspecting
that those device might creating the issue if you get the confirmation then try to upgarded the OS version of the PDA/Blackberry. Thanks
