Exchange 2007 Calendar Display Time Period
Another request from users:Rooms/Resources display only 6 months out, and users are asking for 1 year. I don't see a cmdlet to change this. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

The default setting for Free/Busy publishing is 2 months ahead, as in this month and next month. You can change it in Tools, Options, Calendar options, Free/Busy Options to change the months that are published.
Note that with Outlook 2007 and an Exchange 2007 account, you need to click the Other Free/Busy button to view the dialog.

Hi,
If you want to extend the publishing time of Free/busy, the friends above have told you how to deal with it.
If you want to book a meeting room after six months, please use the below command:
set-mailboxcalendarsettings "Meeting Room 1" -BookingWindowInDays <days>
You also could use below command to check the results:
Get-mailboxcalendarsettings Meeting Room1 | fl
Thanks,
Richard.
