Exchange 2007 Drops All Incoming Emails
I have been working on a new domain with Microsoft ESB 2008 STD and it’s got close to the end. However, I have a big problem on email. There is no problem sending emails out from my domain, but the server rejects all incoming emails except emails to the Administrator account (administrator@mydomain.com). I added another email address (master@ mydomain.com) on the Administrator account and sent emails to the email maddress, but all those emails were also failed. The following is the error messageI got in my Gmail account after I replied to an email I got from my domain. Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1 User unknown (state 14). Thanks for any comments in advance...Kucheong

Is there really a space after the "@" in the address "master@domain.com"?Can you send an email to the SMTP email addresses from within your ownorganization?Have you enabled protocol logging on your Receive Connector? Do yousee the RCPT TO command with the correct address in the log file?---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
