Exchange 2007 EMC loading process
What happens as the EMC launches? Does the EMC read from the nearest Global Catalogue and load objects and settings or is a connection to each mailbox, CAS and Hub server established as well?
One day launching the EMC I got an intermittent timeout which reported the 'snap in cannot be loaded' and I wanted to understand the process better for troubleshooting.

Hi
1. EMC will run local MMC
2.EMC will connect to AD to get exchange object information
3. EMC connect to other role server to get information (For example, read owa information from CAS IIS).
Lets talk about your problem. 'snap in cannot be loaded' is your local client MMC error.
