Exchange 2007 Email address policies
I have a new Exchange 2007 server. This server is replacing a SBS 2003 setup with Ex2K3. It handles mail for 7 domains. How do I make all domains that are to be received by an Exchange 2007 server propogate to all users? The domains are in the accepted domain in the organization. I can list them all but I can only make one of them priority 1. Thus it is the only domain that propogates to the users or new added users. Thanks for any help.RF Ron

Hey Ron. Since this policy is intended for all users on your server, is there a reason you can't use a single Email Address Policy? The default policy applies to all addresses and can have multiple email addresses associated with it (although, of course, only one may be setup as the default reply address). I believe this will solve your problem - although, of course, there may be other reasons why you want to keep these setup in multiple address policies? Jeremy

Thanks for the reply. You are right and I am making this harder than it needs to be. I will do it that way. Sometimes things are so easy. Thanks again, I really appreciate it. RonRon
