MessageTracking would be the first one to check what all mails are flowing in/out your organization...

Yes, please check message tracking log.
Regarding the smtpsend and smtpreceive folder, they contain send connector protocol log and received connector log, by default, they're not enabled, you could enable it on send/receive connector.
Thanks,

Also make sure that you are domain/ip is not blacklisted and also check for PTR records. some domains donot accept or treat as junk if PTR is not configured properly http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx also make sure your server is not acting as an open relay http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/12/28/432013.aspx

Check the couple of links which I gave in earlier post to know how to search the result in Message Tracking logs...
Basically you need to check with Toolbox -> Messagetracking in EMC or with Get-MessageTrackingLog in EMS.Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi Archers,In the tracking tool, when selecting message tracking parameters, there is a drop list for EventID, the default is receive, please choose "send"to query themessage was sent by Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) to a different server.Regarding more information about message tracking parameters, please refer to the following article:Managing Message Trackinghttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124375.aspxThanks,Elvis
