One of the departments in my orginization is moving from one building into a different building. The problem I am having is trying to figure out how I can export all the calendar entries from the resource rooms in their current location and import them into the resource room in their new location.I was thinking that I could use the Export-mailbox powershell command to export the information out of the old one and into the new one.Will that work?Will there be any issues with doing something like this?

If it's all in the same Exchange org, the I'd think you'd just want to give those mailboxes to the new rooms, and create new mailboxes for the old ones (assuming someone else will be taking them over right away).

OK, so just rename the existing resource rooms to fit the new location?ConferenceRoom1 will be renamed to ConferenceRoom2 and create ConfernceRoom again from scratch?

Seems like the simplest solution to me. If they're just moving all the meetings to a room with a differnt name, change the name on the resource to match the new room. The old room is now freed up, so essentially it's a new resouce.
