I've installed the Exchange GPO Admin pack. I want to set a Outlook Anywhere GPO to auto select On Fast and On Slow connections using HTTP. Right now I'm doing this manually everytime I set an outlook profile, is this option avaliable in the Exchange GPO??

Im not sure what an Exchange GPO is, but the ability to configure Outlook OA settings requires an additional adm and Office SP1 and a hotfix ( or Office 2007 SP2 and above or Outlook 2010) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/961112 You cannot use Group Policy settings to configure Outlook Anywhere (RPC/HTTP) settings
