Exchange 2007 MB permission question
Is there a way to deny access to one folder in a mailbox and give the rest full access permission? Right now I have a mailbox that I have gien a user full access permission to, this is fine except the mailbox owner wants one folder to be restricted by the user. How would I accomplish this? Thanks.

Full Mailbox means just that. You'll need to remove full mailbox access and then give permissions on a folder by folder basis.

Andy is correct !, You can assign permission to all folder and leave where you don't want to give other. Some good Reference !!! http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/share-and-open-other-people-s-folders-HA001113481.aspx http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/permissions.htm http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/05/01/426936.aspx Anil

THank you both very much!! I used PFDAVAdmin to set the the permissions I wanted on the mailbox, propogated them down, then went to that one folder and stripted the permission. Now the user can add the mailbox like before to her outlook, its just that one folder is not visable anymore. Thank you all for your help and time!
