have you made changes at the OWA virtual Directory on IIS? If so it would be nice if you create a new virtual Directory for owa in order to test the default settings. If the default settings are working then you are able to configure the directory as you wish? Dear All, It is working now. Actually I had installed Universal System Recovery Software(Sonicwall(Acronis)) due to that I was facing this problem. But I am facing new problem since 2 weeks that I cannot login to Exch CAS server with administrator but I can login with administrator privileged user. It straight away displays "username or password incorrect" during this time I can login with normal administrator privileged user and can ping all of the servers in domain, our MS Outlook will work but OWA will not work for the new users but for the user who logged in with admin rights will work(OWA). All I need to do is "disconnect and connect the network cable(LAN)" then only I can login with administrator and all works fine. Need your expert support to resolve this. ThankyouEXCH ADMIN
