I have a simular issue, i think that Emad is saying that when he finds the email the subject is already with question marks before starting the export of the mail logs. But if thats not the issue then u are supposed to use export-CSV with the -encoding , or if u are using out-file also witn -encoding . U can get the detailed supported ecnoding with get-help export-csv -detailed all the best

Hi Emad, Does Arabic show correctly if you run the Message tracking using EMC? As I know,Arabic and all complex script characters are not supported in command prompt due to the complexity it add to cmd.exe and expensiveness on memory and performance wise. More information: Cannot type Arabic text in the command prompt. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821083Frank Wang
