All:When my users create meetings requests using Outlook 2003 to book a resource (conference room), the meeting request goes to a former employee which returns an NDR.Does anyone know how I can stop this?The former user is not listed as a delegate to any users receiving the NDR's.She is also not listed anywhere in the properties for the conference room accounts.Thanks!

Hi,If it is not listed anywhere the only thing you can do is check with Mfcmapi. This will let you edit the databse directly so be carefull with it.
